Dialogue with Self:
In life, the most profound treasure for every individual lies in realizing their highest potential and embarking on the journey of their soul. This path leads to an inner sense of true HAPPINESS and FULFILLMENT.
💫 Each and every one of us, by the very nature of our birth, possesses the capacity to Create our Highest Reality.
💫 We also hold within ourselves the power to Heal, granted to us from the moment we enter this world.
💫 Furthermore, each individual has the potential to discover the divine essence within, becoming a vessel through which the divine can manifest in our world.
💫 Ultimately, everyone has the freedom to choose the very best version of their Life and embrace it fully in the present moment.
Let us all celebrate the incredible potential within us and embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth. May we bring forth the best in ourselves and become conduits of positive change for the world around us.

“Yellow, like the radiant sun, embodies the warmth of life. Red, the hue of passion, ignites our inner fire. Black, as earth, grounds us in strength and stability. Blue, like the wisdom of deep waters, holds the secrets of life’s vast depths. Embrace these colors, for in them, we find the palette of existence.”

Dialogue with Self:
“Forgiving is not the same as forgetting; rather, it is a powerful act of compassion and inner strength. When we forgive, we choose to release the grip of resentment and anger, allowing ourselves and others the opportunity to heal and move forward. While we may never forget the hurtful actions or words, forgiveness enables us to transcend them and create space for growth, reconciliation, and personal peace.”

Dialogue with Self:
Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not go look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you cannot live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present, you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.”
~ Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

Dialogue with Self:
Every aspect of your existence is intertwined—each moment, a crucial chapter in your unique narrative. Often, we scrutinize the present, questioning why circumstances don’t align with our desires. However, upon reflection, these very moments propel our evolution, guiding us toward an elevated understanding of life. The current experience may baffle your conscious mind, unable to grasp the intricate cosmic order shaping events. Ultimately, the puzzle pieces will align, revealing the impeccable timing and form. Rather than passing judgment on the moment, embrace it. Ascending to a heightened consciousness involves placing trust in the divine orchestration of the universe and seeking profound truths in every unfolding instant. Trust emanates from a stance of “surrender,” not relinquishing free will but releasing control over the uncontrollable. Instead of resisting the flow, become the flow 🌬🌈💞.

Dialogue with Self:
⚡️Time is priceless.
⚡️Time is much more important than money.
⚡️After all, you can earn back the money you spend, but you can’t get back time.
⚡️Time keeps moving continuously, without stops.
⚡️It doesn’t wait for anyone.
⚡️Don’t waste your time on nothingness!
⚡️Give it purpose and meaning.
⚡️Time is a valuable resource, so make the most of it by pursuing your goals and passions.

Dialogue with Self:
⭐️ If someone or something has wounded you emotionally, it is essential to confront and heal those wounds. Look deep within yourself and energetically purge the pain. Release the trauma in whatever way feels right for you – whether it’s through screaming, crying, breathing exercises, yoga, or even traveling. Take whatever measures necessary to clear it up.
⭐️ Within each of us, there exists a significant amount of negative energy that we can consciously release and transform into useful, positive energy. These wounds, traumas, and misunderstandings often stem from childhood. Instead of evading them, face them and confront them head-on. Through this process, you will rediscover your true self.
⭐️ Embark on a spiritual journey, spend time in nature, meditate, or explore your spiritual side through rituals.
⭐️ To truly know yourself, spend time alone, and get in touch with your inner self first. Letting go is a powerful way to grow and evolve. There are moments in life when you must bid farewell to certain stages, even if it involves uncertainty and fear of the unknown.
⭐️ Surrender to the beautiful flow of life and trust that the future holds something meaningful for you. Sometimes, it’s necessary to say goodbye to things and versions of ourselves that we once loved. Change is inevitable, and the key is to transform our experiences into inspiration.
⭐️ In our lives, there are moments when we sense that change is necessary. Ignoring these signs can leave us feeling lost. Embrace change with gratitude, compassion, and love, and let things end peacefully. Regardless of how much we cling to something, there comes a time when it has fulfilled its purpose in our lives. We must release it with an open heart to make space for new experiences.
⭐️ Listen to your intuition, for it will guide you toward the right time to let go and embrace new opportunities. Trust that you are ready for the next phase of your journey.

Dialogue with Self:
In the midst of a rare foggy morning in San Miguel de Allende, I found myself on our terrace, enveloped in the raucous symphony of roosters awakening, stirring not only themselves but also everyone else around. “What shall be my inner dialogue today?” I wondered.

“Today, I shall let go of worries about the future and regrets from the past,” I decided. “Instead, I will reside in this very moment, fully immersed in its magic. As the day unfolds, I will carry this sense of peace, gratitude, and simplicity with me, fully aware that each new sunrise ushers in fresh opportunities for wonder and growth.”

I stood there for a moment longer: “Easier said than done, but it is still the beginning of yet another day.”

Dialogue with Self: Letter to my mother
I miss you Mama very much…
Do you still hear bells ringing?
Do you remember your chair by the window and people passing by?
And the conversations they had you would listen to and convey to me in detail during our morning phone conversations?
I often think about times, when I was married to the devil, how much judgment, hate, and un-acceptance I spewed towards you…
And I want to apologize for that.
I never did,
Words were unsaid, the pain was untouched…
But now I do. I apologize now.
Mama, please, give me your wisdom, now I am one in need.
Teach me how to wait!

Dialogue with Self:
Joy resides in your heart. Your heart is like a cozy place where your thoughts and feelings often hang out, sometimes they don’t get along, but that’s okay.

To truly connect with yourself, start by connecting with your heart. Try to find those little things that bring you happiness. Once you’ve done this, turn your attention to your mind and see what it does.

Notice that a happy heart can have a positive impact on your worries and sadness, making them feel less heavy and burdensome.

day of dead; san miguel de Allende, San Francisco. Mexico, USA, California

A quick exercise to find your chattering thoughts, identify them, and calm down.
• The invitation is to find a comfortable seat. Perhaps in a chair or on the floor. You may wish to take a few long, slow breaths. You may prefer to feel your body against the seat. You’re welcome to close your eyes or leave them softly open.
• Bring yourself to a mindful place to non-judgmentally reflect on your own behavioral, emotional, and thought patterns.
• Take a moment to contemplate some of those patterns – particularly around situations that make you feel angry, shut down, agitated, depressed, or anxious. A simple example may be something like this: how do you feel when you get cut off in traffic? Or how do you feel when you listen to a politician you disagree with?
• Take a moment to contemplate a specific situation and then see if that thought, feeling, or behavior is a pattern.
• You’re welcome to pause here for a moment.
• Notice how this pattern may be an overreaction or underreaction to what is actually happening in the present moment.
• Can you notice that this pattern is not about the present but represents something that is stuck in the past, something that was established a long time ago?
• Take a moment to view this pattern with compassion and openness, because acknowledgment and self-acceptance is the foundation for healing.
• Next bring feelings of loving kindness and/or friendliness to the part of yourself that tends to react.
• Set an intention to regularly revisit this new awareness with loving kindness or friendliness, recognizing that there is a part of yourself that needs your attention, forgiveness, and/or kindness in order to heal.
• In closing bring your palms together at your heart in a moment of acknowledgment or closure and perhaps remember a favorite quote, prayer, or mantra. You also, can touch your heart and feel its beat. You can also do a light heart massage while concentrating on the beat of the heart

In the serene rhythm of nature, the roots of #AmazBella tree intertwine with the earth. Although the tree’s roots extend toward the Earth Trigram, it stands tall, reaching towards the skies. Like the Wind Trigram of I Ching, which guides tales of transformation, its branches sway, embracing life’s flow. The branches ascend toward the sky – the Heaven Trigram, symbolizing inspiration and growth. This innate essence of the tree teaches us to embrace mistakes, adapt to life’s changes, and aspire for the heavens while remaining rooted in the earth’s embrace.
